✅ Eligibility for Refunds

- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.

- Custom or personalized items
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
🔄 Exchange Policy
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after reviewing the issue.

🚚 Return Shipping
